Game Key Deals is an online store that offers video games at the lowest prices. We provide you with a Game code (cd-key) that you can redeem on various popular platforms to activate your game quickly and easily without any physical discs required. We are not new to the field of digital distribution; our team consists of real gamers just like you and we will strive our best to provide the best buying experience for everyone at the best price available.

I can't log in to my account (lost password or username?)
For lost passwords, it is possible to recover your password at this address. Click on “forgotten password” and input your registered email. A email confirmation will be sent to your registered email, check your email and follow the instruction given to create a new password.
For lost username, email registered, or any other problems, please use the “Contact Us” section and we will be happy to help you restore your lost account through our verification system.
What is the "wishlist"?
The ‘wishlist’ allows users to make a list of all your favorite games for easy future purchases and users will receive notifications about current sales, price changes, and availability. To use the wishlist, please register an account.
What type of currency do you accept?
We accept the following types of currency:

NOTE: Currencies are region based and cannot be manually selected.
Is this service legal? How do I download a game?
Our service is legal – all of our keys come directly from the Publisher. Downloading games is perfectly legal via the official platforms: EA Origin, Steam, Battle.net, NCSoft or Ubisoft UPlay.
You just have to download them via their software available on their official websites, as they now all offer legal downloading games. All the games we sell are with their express permission. By purchasing from us, you will never have to use proxy servers to activate your game or Steam gifts – and therefore you don’t need to worry that your key will be blocked. As all of our keys are legal and valid to be used after purchased.
What are the available payment methods you accept?
Paypal & Credit Card: By selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal in order to confirm your payment. You can use a Credit Card without the necessity of owning a PayPal account.
Skrill: By selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to Skrill and will be required to fill in your account information in order to confirm your payment, you can choose to pay from your existing balance in the account or send money via bank transfer (Wire) or paying with your credit cards.
Credit Card: By selecting this payment method you will be asked to provide your credit card details via SSL on our secured gateway.
Is the payment safe?
Yes. Payment is made through online payment providers (PayPal, Skrill, 2Checkout, and etc.) All our pages where you are asked to enter personal information or credit card information are 100% SSL Secured.
How do I place an order?
How long does it take to receive my CD key?
For all new customers and first time orders, we are required to do a manual verification on the order to ensure no orders placed is a mistake or considered fraudulent. Order will be fulfilled within 30 minutes to 2 hours after your purchase.
For all registered previous customers, your order will be fulfilled instantly after your account has been approved for automatic delivery, unless there are technical difficulties on payment methods.
NOTE: Rarely it can take up to 24 hours for orders to be fulfilled. You will receive an e-mail if this happens to your order.
After your order is verify, game code(s) are sent to your e-mail and under “My Account” (requires you to login) section to view your latest CD key/Game purchased.
How to activate my CD-Key/Game?
To activate your game/CD-Key, just go to the product page, and click “Activate this game” to see a guide about the process for the specified platform.
An email containing your game code and a detailed explanation on how exactly to activate your game will also be sent to your email address.
Do I need VPN to activate my CD-Key?
Never! You will never find a game at Game Key Deals needing VPN to activate or play your purchased game(s). Our CD-Keys come directly from the publisher/distributor. However, there are country restrictions for some games, please verify under the product page before purchasing.
The CD key that I received does not work
If you received a CD Key that does not work, or if the code is hard to read, no need to panic. Make sure you have followed all the instructions on how to activate the game you purchased. If it is still not a working please submit a ticket or contact us in live help in the “Support” section along with a screenshot of the error you are experiencing and with a short description.
Are the CD-Keys valid in all countries?
No, publishers are subjected to a policy regulating the import / export of the games. The codes are sometimes subject to a national restriction. This information is visible on the page product of each game before purchase. Please verify that the game is valid for your country before purchase. If you do not know, please contact us directly. Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be given if the order was made by a mistake.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of our business services, you will only be entitled to a refund if your game hasn’t been delivered to you within 24 hours from your initial purchase. If you haven’t received your game within 24 hours since the initial release of the game, you will be entitled to receive a full refund, no questions asked. If you wish to request a refund for any reason, you may do so by using our contact form accessed via the “Contact Us/Live Help” link at the top of the page – with a description of the cancellation reason along with your order number. The same rule applies also for all Pre-Orders. If the game code sent to you has been activated, there will be no refund given.
